The launch of PAS 2038 focuses on the commercial aspect of the retrofit of energy efficiency measures to existing commercial buildings.

The benefits to the adoption of PAS 2035 and PAS 2038 are vast for organisations that provide services around the enhancement of existing building stock. Both standards cover the assessment and design of energy efficiency measures; PAS 2035 covers domestic buildings and PAS 2038 for commercial buildings. PAS 2030 is the installation aspect following on from PAS 2035 and PAS 2038.
