Lyndsey joined Simply Certification in October 2021 and leads compliance for our head office across all standards. With a strong background in compliance, accreditation management, and training, she ensures we meet legal, regulatory, and industry requirements while supporting commercial growth and our values.

Working closely with the MD and wider team, Lyndsey develops and monitors policies and procedures, leads certification product development, and brings new standards to market in line with our roadmap. She also grows and supports our assessor resource, maintaining high competency across the team.

Outside of work, Lyndsey enjoys socialising with friends and going to concerts.

Lyndsey’s knowledge and dedication make her a huge asset to Team Simply, and we’re proud to have her driving our standards forward.
