Role: Customer Service Administrator
Ella joined Team Simply in September 2021 as part of her apprenticeship scheme with Gateshead College. Now having completed her course and successfully gaining her Level 3, Ella supports our customers from application through to certification.
She is continuing her professional development with the business supporting finance, HR and marketing activities on top of delivering expectational customer service.
Ella has proven to be a wonderful asset to the team gaining expectational feedback from customers around her responsiveness and professionalism.
