What to do next

Ready to move forward? Then follow the steps below:

  • 1. Make sure you understand the standard you are applying for and have access to it

  • 2. Access your client portal via the link you will have received when you registered your enquiry

  • 3. Complete the application for the standards that you want to go for within the portal

  • 4. A price will be presented to you in the portal, if you want to move forward accept the quote

  • 5. An invoice will be automatically sent to you for you to make payment (via card or BACs)

  • 6. Once payment has been made, you will be automatically sent out contracts and an online checklist

  • 7.  Sign the contracts and submit your checklist

  • 8. Our team will then schedule in your assessments

  • 9. Once your assessments are completed you will receive your report, this may include non-conformances

  • 10. Any non conformances will need to be actioned by you, these then have to be reviewed

  • 11. Once all non-conformances are closed, our office then have to carry out internal checks

  • 12. Certification will then be issued once decision making and internal checks are completed
