How it works

We will work with you to ensure a smooth transition. What we need to do will depend on the CB you have came from and the stage you are at in your Certification Cycle.

In most cases we will more than likely need a remote assessment to ensure your quality management system is in place and inline with the standard, along with a technical inspection for each measure that you want to move to us. This is the most straight forward way to move.

Some areas to consider:

  • The sooner you start the process the better
  • We work with your current CB to ensure we have the information needed
  • We may ask that you close out any NCs that you may have open with your current provider
  • If you do have any open TrustMark complaints you will need to have those closed before you move
  • If you are not up to date with your surveillance, but its not your fault, don’t worry we can help
