Wayne joined Simply Certification as Resource Manager, bringing with him a wealth of experience in operational planning, resource coordination and customer-focused service delivery. In his role, Wayne is responsible for managing our network of employed and associate assessors, ensuring inspections are scheduled efficiently, delivered on time and completed to the high standards our customers expect.

With a strong focus on organisation, communication and quality, Wayne plays a vital role in keeping our assessment operations running smoothly. He works closely with both customers and assessors to balance demand, maximise resource availability and ensure certification activities are delivered effectively across all schemes.

Known for his practical approach and commitment to getting things done, Wayne is a trusted point of contact for both our assessor team and customers alike. His ability to coordinate multiple priorities whilst maintaining a focus on quality makes him an invaluable member of Team Simply.

Outside of work, Wayne enjoys spending time with family and friends and making the most of opportunities to relax and recharge. His dedication, reliability and positive attitude make him a highly valued part of the Simply Certification team.
