Richard leads our technical delivery team and ensures assessments are delivered to a high quality under the various retrofit and renewable schemes.

With vast experience within the energy efficiency industry Richard started as an insulation installer where he installed cavity wall insulation, loft insulation and timber frame insulation on new builds for approx 10 years.

From then Richard moved into technical surveying for all ECO eligible measures and also carrying out technical monitoring inspections on behalf of the utility companies to ensure compliance of the measures.

A fully qualified Domestic Energy Assessor, Green Deal Assessor, Retrofit Assessor and Retrofit Coordinator Richard has also spent time as a quality assurance manager for a managing agent ensuring that compliance was adhered to across the network of installers, which included working closely with TrustMark.
