Micah joined Team Simply in April 2023 to fulfil the role of Operations and Compliance Administrator.  Supporting the Operations and Compliance Manager, Micah leads the team across the customer lifecycle to ensure the best in service delivery.

Having worked within compliance for ECO industry before starting her role at Simply, Micah brings a wealth of experience with her from this sector, a great attribute for our PAS, MCS and ISO clients.
